For Puerto Escondido homeowners · Pilot 2026 to 2027
Casolara brings remote workers who settle in Puerto Escondido for a season to homes listed by the month, one to twelve months, in English and Spanish. Listing is free for the pilot.
The year you actually have
What an average nightly listing here grosses in September: nine nights booked out of thirty. The best month, December, brings $2,514.
At 37.6% occupancy across the year. Each stay averages five nights, then a turnover: cleaning, keys, messages, the next gap.
Keep the peak weeks nightly if you like; list the rest of the year by the month, at the rent you set for each term. A tenant on a term pays the same in June as in January.

How listing works
Offer any of one, three, six, nine or twelve months, each with its own rent. Say how utilities work per term, and tick the extras that unlock with a longer stay, from linens to a bicycle or a coworking pass.
One click fills the other language; you read it over. You preview exactly what a renter will see, then a person on the Casolara team reads the whole listing before it goes live.
A renter confirms their email before they can write. You see who is asking, for which term, from when, with a phone number. You choose the tenant and sign the contract; the rent is paid to you.

Your listing as a renter sees it: photos, facts, an approximate map, and the rent for each term.

The term ladder: rent per term, utilities, and what unlocks the longer they stay.
